Our promises to parents
Because it can be difficult to be sure you have found a quality child care and education provider we provide our parents with the following guarantees:
 | You are always welcome at the nursery. No appointment is needed. |
| We are registered to care for up to thirty-two children from birth to 5 years of age. There will never be more than thirty-two children at the nursery. |
| There will always be at least two members of staff at the nursery. There will be at least one member of staff for every three children under the age of three and at least one member of staff for every eight children over the age of three. |
| Every member of staff caring for the under fives at Wendy House Day Nursery is qualified in early years childcare and education. |
| We are proud of our community links which include providing an opportunity for students to gain work experience in the nursery. Any student in the nursery will have been made fully aware of all our policies and will always work under supervision. Students are always in addition to the staff ratios outlined above. |
| We keep our fees low through good management, not by cutting corners. |
| Copies of our inspection reports and full details of all our policies are available for you to take home. |
